Location: Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape
Reporting to: General Manager
Permanent: Full-time, 100% on-site
Commencement Date: September/October 2026

About the Role

To manage and implement Company and Divisional strategic objectives within a portfolio of members. To build better businesses and grow market share by leading the Customer Relations team in creating and sustaining value-adding partnerships with each stakeholder. To act as custodian of Service Excellence within the Company.

Qualifications and Experience

Proven senior operations/customer relationship management experience within FMCG retail, ideally gained in a Divisional or Regional Manager role with responsibility for a portfolio of members or stores.
A track record in sales optimisation and achievement of divisional sales targets, including deal/incentive processes, ranges, categories and merchandising activity.
Experience identifying and managing new business opportunities and unlisted-supplier relationships.
Exposure to private label/brand strategy implementation.
Strong administrative and reporting discipline, including trade and feedback reporting, record-keeping, and engagement at management/exco level.
A clear criminal record and valid, unedorsed driver's licence.
