SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking an experienced, dynamic and confident Senior Office Administrator to join their team in Port Elizabeth. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and detail-oriented professional who can provide comprehensive administrative support and add value across various functions within the office.

POSITION INFO:
Description: Oversee and coordinate the daily administrative functions of the office. Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and staff. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails and telephone calls. Prepare, process and maintain accurate documentation and records. Assist with quotations, invoices, purchase orders and general office documentation. Maintain accurate filing systems, both electronic and physical. Capture and update information on internal systems and databases. Monitor office supplies and coordinate the ordering of stationery and other requirements. Liaise with suppliers, customers and service providers as required. Assist with customer queries and ensure that enquiries are handled professionally and efficiently. Coordinate meetings, appointments and other administrative arrangements. Prepare reports, spreadsheets and general correspondence. Assist with the monitoring and processing of administrative and financial documentation. Requirements: Matric \/ Grade 12 Certificate Minimum 7 years' administration experience, with progressively responsible administrative or office management experience. Previous exposure to executive or senior management support will be advantageous. Strong administrative and organisational abilities. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Analytical and problem-solving ability. Professional communication skills. Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. High level of confidentiality and discretion. Contactable references are essential. Proficient in Microsoft Office Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Strong Microsoft Outlook skills Experience with accounting software \/ accounting systems Please note only candidates that meet the minimum requirements will be considered.
