Driver Performance & Training Specialist

Salary: R18 000 – R25 000/month, based on experience

Job details:

Train and evaluate Code 14 drivers, on the road, in the classroom, and through coaching
Lead accident remedial training and performance re-checks
Support recruitment by assessing driver capability and onboarding new talent
Design and deliver structured training schedules
Provide continuous feedback to management on performance and training outcomes

Requirements:

A valid Code 14 licence with PrDP and years of real-world road experience
Certified as a Trainer, Assessor, Facilitator, or Moderator
4+ years in a training or learning & development role
Confidence with computers and Microsoft Office (LMS experience is a plus)
Strong communication skills — fluent in English; Afrikaans is a plus
