We'd like to connect with e-commerce specialists who have experience in: Leading and improving e-commerce operations across digital sales channels Managing online product catalogues, merchandising activities, and product content Developing strategies that increase online revenue and improve customer retention Analysing customer behaviour, website performance, and sales trends Identifying opportunities to improve conversion rates and user experience Executing promotional campaigns, pricing strategies, and product launches Collaborating with Digital Marketing, SEO, CRM, Content, and Paid Media teams Managing and optimising platforms such as Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and similar solutions Overseeing online marketplace performance where applicable Using reporting and analytics tools to guide business decisions Partnering with internal stakeholders, developers, agencies, and external vendors Conducting market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities Supporting website enhancement, UX, and Conversion Rate Optimisation initiatives Qualification: Degree or Diploma in E-Commerce, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related discipline advantageous Relevant hands-on experience within an e-commerce environment will be highly regarded Apply now!
