If so, then our client, a leading South African Law Firm with a reputation for integrity and unity, seeks your strong conveyancing experience.

POSITION INFO:
About the Job: Tasks will include working with Attorneys, Paralegals, and other members of the firm with a series of administrative functions. The Person: Matric \/ National Diploma or equivalent qualification. Minimum 5 to 10 yearsâ experience working in a Conveyancing environment. Commercial Bonds experience, essential. Experienced Paralegal with both transfer and bonds experience with FNB, Standard Bank and Nedbank Bank. In-depth knowledge of the full spectrum of conveyancing transactions is essential. Typing speed of 45+ wpm. The Job: Draft commercial bonds (mortgage and notarial) for such institutions. Registration of subdivision, consolidation and servitudes. Open sectional and township registers. Handle all aspects of the conveyancing process, including document preparation, client communication and liaise with relevant parties. Handle bonds and transfers with precision and efficiency. Facilitate and finalise cancellations. Assist with property transfers and related legal procedures. Manage deadlines and ensure timely completion of all conveyancing tasks. Maintain accurate records and files. Skills (Know-How Job Related Skills Required): Knowledge of Microsoft Office. Knowledge of basic numeracy and literacy skills. Knowledge of FICA.Â Behaviours (Interpersonal Skills Required): Excellent communication skills both written and verbal (good command of English). Work effectively with clients, colleagues and other stakeholders. Promote collaboration across functional and geographical boundaries. Demonstrate the ability to anticipate and plan. Demonstrate customer focus. Constructive teamwork. Work with speed and accuracy.Â Â Honesty, reliability, and punctuality. Be able to work under pressure, and occasionally after hours. Well organised and conscientious. Ability to work independently and to use initiative. Meticulous and ability to pay attention to detail. Ability to prioritise duties and handle pressure while keeping calm. Typing speed of 45+ wpm.
