EE Workshop Manager
Based in Kempton Park
R731 000 ctc

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:
Manage Workshop through effective operations, contract growth, customer relations, resource availability, people management, and performance-based maintenance
systems

Minimum Skills and Qualifications:
â Technical qualification - Trade certificate or tertiary Diploma
â Certificate in training & assessment
â Minimum 5 years experience as Supervisor in a workshop
â Product knowledge of flameproof equipment
â Minimum 5 years of equipment maintenance experience
â Proven technical troubleshooting experience
â Experience in reliability engineering
â Demonstrated experience in root cause analysis
â SSDP (Supervisory Safety Development Program) completed
â Relevant engineering/technical qualification
â Excellent communication skills
