JOB SUMMARY:
SAP ERP Project Manager - 24 month contract - Gauteng - SA ID holders only

JOB DESCRIPTION:

8+ Years SAP/ERP Project management Experience.

Ensure successful project delivery through effective project management principles and disciplines, oversee the overall progress of the project, control adherence to scope and project timelines.
Identifies and escalates risks and issues, reports external and internal inter- dependencies, determines and monitors mitigation and corrective action, ensures program objectives are met, decision/issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Drives preparation of all communication/reporting to senior stakeholders at C-level, facilitates critical decision-making processes through Design Committee and Process Committees

Responsibilities
Project Planning and Governance

Develops project plans with standardized methodology and approach, validate, and with all business targets, inter-dependencies, and available resources.
Develops a consolidated master plan of the overall project, considering all inter- project dependencies.
Monitor overall project plans and individual module status, preparing progress updates together with the vendor, support designing KPI’s and dashboard.
Escalate critical resource requirements to PMO Manager, Business, and IT for timeous project delivery.
Facilitates and ensures adoption of project governance structure and a way of working (e.g., meeting types and cadence, durations, scopes, attendees) and ensures compliance to standards (e.g., templates, procedures) across projects.
