Lead new market entry and geographic expansion initiatives, establishing a strong footprint across South Africa. Build and nurture strategic partnerships with OEMs, sustainability advocates, and technology providers. Oversee the transition from sales to operational execution, ensuring seamless handovers with robust governance. Participate in contract mobilisation, monitor post-implementation performance, and proactively manage commercial risks. Cultivate executive-level relationships with key accounts, implementing structured engagement and governance forums. Drive upselling, cross-selling, and renewal activities to maximise client value. Lead the development of innovative, tailored security solutions integrating technology, energy, waste, and ESG considerations. Oversee major bids and tenders, ensuring strategic alignment and profitability. Maintain a robust sales pipeline and ensure disciplined CRM usage for forecasting and reporting. Monitor deal profitability, enforce GP thresholds, and contribute to group innovation initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Security Management, Marketing, or a related field. Proven executive experience in security, consulting, or technology sectors with a track record of strategic leadership. Minimum of 8 to 10 years in senior business development or market expansion roles. Strong skills in design, analysis, and risk management. Nice to Have: Experience in integrated security solutions, sustainability, and technology-enabled services.
