SUMMARY:

Join our team as an Extrusion Co-ordinator in the FMCG/Food Manufacturing/Agricultural sector. You will oversee production cycle, uphold quality standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

POSITION INFO:

Role Description

Oversee and support full production cycle from raw material intake to finished product dispatch.
Implement and uphold the company’s Continuous Improvement Process.
Ensure product and packing efficiency, quality, and profitability.
Enforce zero-tolerance pest control policy and maintain hygiene standards.
Monitor equipment efficiency, lifespan, and maintenance schedules.
Support staff management from hire to retire.
Ensure a safe, compliant, and productive work environment.
Assist with budgeting, cost control, and loss control accountability.
Guarantee all products meet specifications.

FSSC or equivalent food safety system; Health & Safety Management; Hygiene Auditing and Pest Control

Qualifications and Experience

Essential:

Grade 12
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in extrusion plant operation
Pest Control Fumigation Certificate
GFSI training certificate or equivalent
Valid Driver’s Licence

Advantageous:

Milling qualification
Safety certificates: OHS Safety Rep, First Aid, Fire Fighting, Working at Heights, Confined Spaces
Forklift Driver’s License
