SUMMARY:
On behalf of our esteemed client, we are seeking an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Engineering Manager to lead a dynamic engineering team in a high-performance industrial environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a solid track record in electrical and instrumentation engineering within industrial or manufacturing settings.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the E&I engineering team to deliver high-quality design, development, and testing of electrical and instrumentation systems. Oversee the project lifecycle from concept through to commissioning, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards. Provide technical expertise in OEM equipment design, integration, and fabrication. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, process, and project engineering departments. Review and approve engineering designs, drawings, and specifications. Implement and uphold engineering best practices, standards, and quality control measures. Support project management activities including resource planning, budgeting, and scheduling. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (BEng\/BTech preferred). Minimum of 10 years' experience in electrical and instrumentation engineering within an industrial environment . Proven leadership experience in a senior engineering role. In-depth knowledge of OEM equipment design and fabrication . Solid understanding of project management principles and practices . Strong proficiency in designing, developing, and testing electrical systems, instrumentation, and control systems . Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Advantageous: Project Management Certification (PMP\/Prince2 or similar). Experience in managing multi-disciplinary engineering projects. Familiarity with relevant industry codes, standards, and regulatory requirements. Apply now!
