SUMMARY:

An engineering consultancy delivering mining, infrastructure, water, and industrial projects is looking for an Electrical Engineer to join its expanding engineering team.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements BEng Electrical Engineering Experience in electrical design within industrial or mining environments Knowledge of power distribution systems and motor control centres Experience with low and medium voltage systems Professional registration advantageous Duties & Responsibilities Design electrical power distribution systems for industrial and mining facilities. Prepare electrical specifications, load lists, and cable schedules. Design and review LV and MV reticulation systems. Develop single-line diagrams and electrical layouts. Participate in equipment selection and technical evaluations. Coordinate integration with instrumentation and automation systems. Perform electrical studies including load flow, fault level, and protection coordination studies. Assist with substation and motor control centre designs. Review contractor and vendor documentation. Support commissioning, testing, and system start-up activities. Ensure compliance with applicable electrical standards and legislation. Provide technical support throughout project execution and operational phases. Apply now!
