SUMMARY:
Manage a diverse commercial property portfolio across industrial, retail and office assets, with responsibility for financial performance, tenant retention, leasing and operational compliance.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Property Studies, Real Estate, Finance, Business Management or related 5-7 years' commercial property portfolio management experience Experience managing diverse, multi-sector property portfolios Proven NOI, budgeting and financial reporting accountability Full lease renewal and negotiation experience Strong commercial property law and lease agreement knowledge Tenant retention, leasing and vacancy management experience Facilities management and contractor\/SLA oversight experience Strong financial, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills MDA, MRI, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint proficiency Valid driver's licence and reliable own transport Willingness to travel between properties By submitting any Personal Information to MPRTC in any form you acknowledge that such conduct constitutes a reasonable unconditional, specific and voluntary consent to the (processing and storing of such Personal Information by MPRTC and\/or MPRTC's clients and\/or verification information suppliers.
