SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead the delivery of electrical projects from tender through to completion. You will be responsible for managing budgets, programmes, quality, and health & safety, while coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

You will be responsible for managing budgets, programmes, quality, and health & safety, while coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Manage electrical projects from pre-construction to handover
Plan and control project programmes, costs, and resources
Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures
Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders
Manage procurement of materials and services
Oversee testing, commissioning, and project close-out
Prepare progress reports and attend project meetings

Requirements

Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager or similar role
Strong background in electrical installations (commercial/industrial/residential as applicable)
Relevant electrical qualification
SMSTS or equivalent health & safety qualification (preferred)
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Fluent in Afrikaans
