Electrical Site Representative

SUMMARY:
Electrical Site Representative experienced in the construction and commissioning of 132kV and above, overhead lines, substations for a Solar PV and BESS project in the Western Cape. 

8 month contract to start ASAP.

POSITION INFO:

• Experienced in site supervision during construction and commissioning for the following : Solar PV and BESS

• Experienced in the construction and commissioning of 132kV and above, overhead lines, substations.
• Monthly OE reports, weekly OE reports
• Engaging with EPC Contractor
• Checking quality and compliance to designs and standards
• Taking photos and inspecting delivery and milestones
• Support with milestone certificate

• BSc. / BEng./ BTech / National Diploma in Electrical Engineering

• Relevant experience in a similar role (PV Solar and BESS)
• General experience as an Owner's Engineer / Technical Advisor during the construction phase (PV Solar and BESS)
• Familiarity with IEC standards applicable to PV Solar
• Understanding of HSEQ requirements
