JOB SUMMARY:
Looking for a hard working and passionate Engineer to join the engineering team of a rapidly growing company.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The candidate must be familiar with embedded development, power electronics, PCB design and microprocessor programming. The candidate must also be open minded and
eager to learn. The client aims to educate and transfer their wealth of experience and knowledge to the successful candidate.

The company is active in the railway, defence and mining industries. Their in-house manufacturing is vertically integrated with processes ranging from electronic SMD production through to CNC machining. With over 350 employees, complex processes and innovative products they offer an exciting work environment for any candidate that wants to extend their experience and
knowledge.

Requirements:

Passion for electronic design
Good people skills
Excellent problem solving ability
Graduate electronic engineering degree

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Concept design
Component selection
Schematic design
Board planning and layout
Prototyping
Programming
Quality assurance
Serial production planning and optimisation
