SUMMARY:
Global data management provider with offices throughout South Africa seeks to employee an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to be based at their Midrand Offices.

POSITION INFO:

The successful encumbent will be responsible for providing professional SME advice and execution on ER and/or LR matters, managing multiple ER cases from initiation to resolution, coaching and managing employee relationships throughout South Africa and reporting to global leadership panel.

Requirements:

Matric
Completed HR Degree
Extensive Labour Law experience and qualification
Union Experience
CCMA procedures and Processes
5+ years progressive experience in HR/IR
2+ years in a regional shared services organisation
Continuous Improvement experience
Multi-Lingual (including excellent command of English)
Own vehicle (travel may be required)
