POSITION INFO:

Job & Company Description:

As an Energy Efficiency Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying, analysing, and implementing energy-saving initiatives across plant and facility operations. You’ll play a key role in reducing operational costs, improving system performance, and supporting sustainability targets.
This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact projects where your insights directly influence energy consumption, operational efficiency, and environmental performance.

Education:

BEng / BSc in Electrical, Mechanical, or Energy Engineering
Relevant certifications in Energy Management (e.g. CEM advantageous)

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Proven experience in energy audits, efficiency optimisation, and cost reduction projects
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, motors, drives, boilers, and compressed air systems
Experience analysing energy data, consumption trends, and performance metrics
Knowledge of ISO 50001 or similar energy management systems
Ability to develop and implement energy-saving strategies and initiatives
Experience working in industrial / manufacturing / FMCG environments
Strong reporting skills with the ability to present findings to stakeholders
Proficiency in data analysis tools and energy monitoring systems
