SUMMARY:
To oversee technical handovers of services to the VTSC, ensuring that customer and business deliverables, processes and targets are met, while maintaining a productive environment for employees.

POSITION INFO:

Job Description

To manage and lead a team to deliver business objectives.
To ensure quality of technical handover of customer services to VTSC.
To deal with escalations from customers and senior management.
To produce management reports for the purposes of tracking productivity and performance.
To define and document procedures and processes to support business.
To maintain high levels of customer service and satisfaction.

Job Skills

Very good technical knowledge of IP and Telco networks
Conflict and dispute management

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12
Vendor certifications
3 Years in a senior role, within a technical or operational environment
5 Years’ experience in an ISP/Telecoms operational environment
