Are you an experienced, forwardâthinking, and dynamic Engineering Manager ready to take ownership of an Engineering Department within the heavy machinery manufacturing sector? POSITION INFO:

Job Description:
Lead, mentor, and develop the mechanical engineering team to achieve high performance
Plan and allocate workloads, set priorities, and ensure projects meet deadlines and milestones
Oversee the full mechanical design lifecycle from concept through to production readiness
Review, approve, and sign off all engineering drawings, designs, and technical documentation
Ensure designs comply with performance, safety, quality, and regulatory standards

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 15 years’ experience in the motor manufacturing industry
Minimum 10 years’ managerial experience in a technical or engineering environment
Strong knowledge of truck and trailer design and manufacturing
Proven leadership, planning, and peopleâdevelopment capability
Drawing office management experience will be advantageous

Qualification:
Bachelor of Engineering / BSc Mechanical Engineering Degree
