Engineering Manager

POSITION INFO:

We are sourcing for an Engineering Manager will be responsible for overseeing engineering activities and projects to meet business objectives, will be accountable for all aspects of plant performance, and will ensure that objectives are attained in a cost-effective manner that’s consistent with quality requirements

Do you have Exceptional organizational & project management skills with the ability to adapt and be flexible in a “start-up” dynamic environment?

REQUIREMENTS:

×          Experience within an FMCG foods manufacturing environment.

×          Experience working with different services and utilities (steam, ammonia, thermal oil etc)

×          Technical proficiency across asset lifecycle design, installation, commissioning, and plant operation.

×          Management of Large-scale expansion projects.

×          Good working understanding of electrical and mechanical principles that support equipment operations.

×          Good understanding of quality assurance principles, standard requirements and the set of processes and activities used for measuring, controlling and ensuring the quality of products and processes.

×          Strong aptitude for dealing with ambiguity, managing multiple projects, and balancing competing priorities.

×          Strong work ethic and decision-making capabilities.

×          Strong communication, collaboration, and delegation skills. Ability to motivate and inspire people.

×          Strong working knowledge of operational procedures.
