POSITION INFO:

Lead the engineering function to ensure optimal plant performance, maintenance reliability, and utilities management in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Implement World-Class Manufacturing (WCM) methodologies to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

BSc/BEng (Mechanical/Electrical) + GCC Factories
8-10 years in manufacturing engineering, with 5+ years in leadership
Expertise in WCM, CMMS, and reliability-centered maintenance
Strong project management, budgeting, and people skills

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee maintenance schedules, predictive maintenance, and root cause analysis for plant equipment
Manage utilities (compressors, boilers, etc.) to ensure efficiency and compliance (GMR 2.1)
Drive safety culture and Loss Prevention Management
Control engineering budgets, spares inventory, and cost-effective maintenance
Lead a high-performance engineering team with strong discipline and development focus
