JOB SUMMARY:
A premium FMCG manufacturer in the Western Cape has an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled Engineering Manager with at least 5 years’ experience in the FMCG sector and a proven track record in a similar role.

A candidate with the ability to think strategically and lead a team capable of intelligent problem-solving will be ideally suited to this position.

Applicants must possess knowledge and practical experience with PLCs and SCADA, as well as a thorough understanding of generators, boilers, heat exchangers / pasteurisers, juice & beverage filling machines, and plant refrigeration.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of artisans & assistants, projects, and budgets / controlling costs.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:
BSc in Electrical Engineering
Min. 5 years’ experience in an FMCG environment (food & beverage preferred)
Excellent leadership & project management skills
Financial acumen
