POSITION INFO:

What you will be doing in this new Career :

• Spearheading plant reliability, maintenance strategies, and capital projects
• Managing multi-million rand OPEX & CAPEX budgets with precision
• Leading, mentoring, and developing a multi-disciplinary engineering team
• Championing SHEQ compliance and engineering best practices
• Driving innovation in plant performance, uptime, and cost-efficiency

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Degree (non-negotiable)
• GCC Factories certification (essential)
• 8–10 years of engineering experience in Pulp, Paper, Milling, or FMCG
• 5 years in a senior leadership/management role
• A track record of project delivery and asset management excellence
