Are you a strategic Engineering Manager with a passion for operational excellence and a solid background in heavy industry? We’re on the hunt for a high-performing Engineering Manager to join a fast-paced, high-output manufacturing environment based in beautiful Cape Town.

POSITION INFO:

What you will be doing in this new Career :

Spearheading plant reliability, maintenance strategies, and capital projects
Managing multi-million rand OPEX & CAPEX budgets with precision
Leading, mentoring, and developing a multi-disciplinary engineering team
Championing SHEQ compliance and engineering best practices
Driving innovation in plant performance, uptime, and cost-efficiency

â What We’re Looking For:

Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Degree (non-negotiable)
GCC Factories certification (essential)
8–10 years of engineering experience in Pulp, Paper, Milling, or FMCG
5 years in a senior leadership/management role
A track record of project delivery and asset management excellence
