Our client is a well- established international company that specializes in the Defense industry.

They are currently looking for a Technical Recruitment Specialist at their Cape Town Branch (Area: Airport City)

Salary: Between R30 000 and R40 000 per month (depending on experience)

Requirements and job specifications:

You need to have HR background (experience and/or related qualification).
Previous technical recruiting experience is a must (Sourcing and recruiting a vast array of engineering specialists)
About 10 years experience in similar field is also an requirement.
The candidate’s main responsibility will be to source and recruit engineering candidates locally and internationally (in house)
The defense industry is a highly specialized industry, therefore headhunting from other defense companies both locally and internationally will be one of the duties.
Understanding the defense industry and the companies needs in terms of recruitment is important, therefore a lot of research will have to be done to recruit top candidates in regards with experience and qualifications.
