REQUIREMENTS Matric A proven hunter who enjoys opening new doors and developing business opportunities Strong ability to build credibility and establish lasting relationships with customers Experience selling technical, industrial, engineering, or business-to-business solutions Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and surpassing sales objectives Excellent planning and territory management capabilities Ability to understand customer needs and provide practical product recommendations Strong administrative skills with a focus on accurate reporting and follow-up Comfortable working independently and managing a sales pipeline from prospecting through to closing Proficiency in CRM systems and standard business software Fluency in English and Afrikaans Valid driver's license and own transport DUTIES Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share and increase revenue Promote and sell the company's products and services to both new and existing customers Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through regular client visits and follow-up Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance objectives Prepare and submit accurate sales call reports and customer activity updates Address customer enquiries and provide product, pricing, and delivery information Monitor customer satisfaction levels and proactively resolve concerns Report customer complaints, product issues, and service-related concerns to management Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience plus medical aid, pension fund, car allowance and fuel card.
