What's in it for you?: Real ownership of delivery and engineering standards Influence over team culture and technical direction Flexible \/ hybrid working environment Strong focus on leadership development and mentorship Opportunity to work on impactful, large-scale projects Be part of a supportive, high-performing engineering team Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of software engineers through regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and coaching Own delivery outcomes by managing sprint planning, backlog grooming, and execution of roadmap items Ensure high-quality engineering practices including testing, documentation, and code standards Collaborate with Product, Design, and other technical teams to ensure alignment and resolve dependencies Track and improve team performance metrics such as velocity, throughput, and quality Facilitate technical decision-making aligned with architectural goals Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and process enhancements Job Experience and Skills Required: Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, or equivalent experience Experience: Minimum 5+ years' in software engineering (essential) Minimum 1-2 years in a leadership, mentoring, or team lead capacity Proven experience working in agile environments and managing software delivery Experience building and maintaining high-performing development teams Skills: Strong understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies Ability to balance technical delivery with people management Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Product!
