What You'll Do: Oversee the full commercial and operational performance of the division, ensuring revenue and margin targets are met. Manage existing product lines while identifying and introducing new products to the market. Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to achieve business objectives. Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with long-term growth. Maintain and deepen knowledge of industrial chemicals and minerals, including Boron products and fertilizers. Foster relationships with key clients and stakeholders, supporting business development initiatives. Utilize data analysis and performance metrics to inform decision-making. Requirements: Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum of 10 years' experience in chemical, mineral, or commodity trading and\/or sales. At least 3 years in a senior or management role. Strong knowledge of industrial chemicals and minerals. Experience with Chemicals, Minerals and commodity trading. Proven skills in analysis, strategic planning, team leadership, and performance management. Excellent data analysis capabilities. Familiarity with the following: Chemical industry trends and market dynamics. Regulatory and safety standards within the chemical and minerals sectors.
