Are you ready to shape the financial backbone of South Africa’s most breathtaking exhibitions and large‑scale event builds? We’re looking for a sharp, digitally savvy Estimator who thrives in fast‑paced environments and loves turning creative concepts into commercially successful realities.As an Estimator, you’ll work closely with our Commercial, Design, and Operations teams to ensure every project is both visually impressive and financially sound. You'll handle end‑to‑end costing across diverse project types — from custom structures and marquees to branding, interiors, and temporary infrastructure. This is your chance to play a significant role in bringing world‑class event experiences to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs) based on renders, drawings, and technical designs
• Track and manage project budgets, ensuring profitability at all stages
• Perform value engineering and negotiate competitive rates with suppliers
• Manage tenders, evaluate subcontractors, and coordinate pre‑tender briefing
• Review and cost variations while ensuring contractual compliance
• Prepare detailed handover packs and reconciled budgets for production teams

• 3+ years in estimating, costing, or procurement (Events, Exhibitions, Construction, or Shopfitting preferred)
• Advanced Excel mastery — pivot tables, complex formulas, data modelling (non‑negotiable)
• Strong digital proficiency in Microsoft 365, Teams, and collaboration tools (Smartsheet, Trello, Slack)
• ERP or business resource planning system experience is a plus

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Estimation, Construction Management, Project Management, or Cost & Management Accounting

• High numerical accuracy and attention to detail
• Calm under pressure, able to deliver against tight deadlines
• Strong negotiator with excellent stakeholder collaboration skills
• Hands‑on problem solver with a proactive attitude
