What will you do?

• Plan and deliver client events, engagements, and sponsorships
• Manage both virtual and in-person events
• Develop event concepts, briefs, and project plans
• Coordinate venues, suppliers, and event logistics
• Manage event budgets and approvals
• Track invitations, RSVPs, and attendee communications
• Oversee sponsorship deliverables and industry event participation
• Source and manage branded merchandise and corporate gifts
• Build and maintain supplier relationships
• Coordinate internal events and marketing activities
• Maintain the corporate events calendar
• Work closely with marketing, design, and digital teams
• Measure event success and provide post-event reporting

What do you need?

• Marketing Diploma or Degree
• Minimum 4 years' event management experience
• Experience managing large-scale virtual and face-to-face events
• Budget management experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience working with senior stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management tools
