Experienced Events Specialist with 4+ years' experience Background in financial services or professional services Strong project management and organisational skills Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through Creative thinker with a passion for client experiences Strong stakeholder and supplier management skills Proactive, accountable, and solutions-driven International event experience What will you do? Plan and deliver client events, engagements, and sponsorships Manage both virtual and in-person events Develop event concepts, briefs, and project plans Coordinate venues, suppliers, and event logistics Manage event budgets and approvals Track invitations, RSVPs, and attendee communications Oversee sponsorship deliverables and industry event participation Source and manage branded merchandise and corporate gifts Build and maintain supplier relationships Coordinate internal events and marketing activities Maintain the corporate events calendar Work closely with marketing, design, and digital teams Measure event success and provide post-event reporting What do you need? Marketing Diploma or Degree Minimum 4 years' event management experience Experience managing large-scale virtual and face-to-face events Budget management experience Strong communication and relationship-building skills Exceptional attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience working with senior stakeholders Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management tools You'll thrive if you: Take ownership and deliver with excellence Enjoy creating memorable client experiences Think strategically about event impact Balance creativity with flawless execution Build trust through reliability and professionalism
