SUMMARY:
Are you immediately available with event management experience and an enthusiastic “can do” attitude?
Our client has an excellent opportunity to use your expertise researching and securing venues, planning, and managing multiple events/activations, negotiating quotes and agreements with vendors and delivering successful event brief objectives.

POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS
Qualification in public relations, communication, or hospitality advantageous
Essential to be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
Communication and marketing skills
3-4 years Project/event management experience
Good leadership skills and can work well under pressure
Highly organized and excellent Multi-tasker
Good time Management
Does not require micromanagement.

DUTIES

Brainstorming and implementing even plans and concepts
Building strong client relationships
Budget management
Liaising and negotiating with suppliers
Handling logistics
Managing event stock
Managing branding and communication
Handling post even reports/feedbacks
Updating senior management.
Effectively delivering on event objectives

Salary: dependent on experience
