RESPONSIBILITIES:
OPERATIONAL INTEGRATION & TEAM ALIGNMENT
Serve as the operational glue between all internal and external stakeholders
Ensure alignment between kitchen, bar, garden, maintenance, cleaning, supervisors, and suppliers
Resolve misalignment before it becomes operational risk
Maintain structured pre-event briefings
Ensure clarity of roles, timelines, and accountability

VENUE SALES & CONVERSION SUPPORT
Conduct professional, high-conversion venue viewings
Present the venue confidently and strategically
Understand client psychology and close effectively
Assist with structured quotations
Support revenue growth and booking pipeline stability
Outcome: Consistent revenue growth and improved booking conversion rates.

CRM DISCIPLINE & DOCUMENT CONTROL
Maintain impeccable CRM usage and data accuracy
Ensure all client communication is documented
Finalise detailed and accurate BEOs
Ensure version control of function sheets
Prevent miscommunication through documentation excellence

SUPPLIER & STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
Maintain strong supplier relationships
