JOB SUMMARY:
Are you an accomplished Senior Executive Assistant who is able to communicate in English and German (written and spoken)?

Our International client requires your high paced experience to join their highly successful concern.

If you are familiar with Crypto and Blockchain this will be highly advantageous.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

REQUIREMENTS
  • Matric plus relevant qualifications
  • 5 – 10 years of Experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Ability to communicate (written and spoken) in both English and German
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Must have experience working with fast paced start-ups and across a number of Executives
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize and keep the team on track
  • Open to learning and experimenting with new systems and procedures
  • Highly innovative to fulfill the research requirements of the company a
  • Extremely organized and adaptable, great communication skills and ability to multitask
  • A team player, problem solver who has the ability to make decisions quickly
  • Adaptable/flexible -- enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction
  • Achievement-oriented -- enjoys taking on challenges, even if they might fail
  • Innovative -- prefers working in unconventional ways or on tasks that require creativity
  • Independent, organized, and accountable
DUTIES
  • Manage and work closely with the CEO, Co-Founder and COO performing day to day administrative tasks
  • Plan and organize both work related and personal travel logistics for the Executives
  • Manage personal life administration and bookings of the Executive Team
  • Managing up to 3 inboxes and diaries
  • Book meetings and keep on top of diaries
  • Small research tasks and organizing data
  • Prepping documents and filling out company documents as and when required
  • Managing the Executive's expenses, reconciling and doing the expense claims
  • Recording and taking minutes in meetings and chasing up on actions
  • Coordinate speaking events and engagements for the CEO
  • Draft correspondence such as emails and letters
  • Update the company stats daily
  • Assist with HR on-boarding of new team members
  • Manage the staff birthday calendar and birthday arrangements
  • Track leave and ensure the team know when others are on leave
  • Keep a list of investors, partners and important contacts up to date
  • Plan and organize team events and team building
  • Manage the travel arrangements for the broader team if work related
Salary: R dependent on experience
