JOB SUMMARY:
Business Development Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Lead the acquisition of strategic partnerships with insurance partners, major customer stakeholders, suppliers and other industry organisations or stakeholders.
  • Improve the profitability and returns of long-term contracts.
  • Lead strategic product innovation efforts.
  • Ensure that a healthy customer pipeline is generated for the future.
  • Drive value creation through the successful implementation of BBS in all critical aspects of the business development processes and by challenging critical business areas and key performance indicators.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships and collaborations with internal and external stakeholders for customer value creation.
  • Identify and pursue networking opportunities to further grow the business and prospect new customers.
  • Ensure ethical business and compliance with governance and relevant regulation and legislative requirements

Requirements

  • Relevant Degree
  • Executive Business Development Programme
  • 10yrs’ experience in business development, strategic selling and leadership experience, 3 of which should have been at a Snr Management levels
  • Proven track record of cementing strong relationships with Corporates & insurance partners
  • IT/Technology industry experience
