As Executive: Commercial Pricing, you’ll take the lead in developing pricing governance frameworks, analysing cost and margin performance, and enabling data-driven decision-making across product, finance, and commercial teams. You’ll guide strategic bids, pricing models, and investment cases that directly influence commercial growth and sustainability.

Design and manage pricing strategies aligned to business value, cost drivers, and market trends.

Lead enterprise-wide pricing governance and support strategic commercial initiatives.

Collaborate with Finance, Product, Networks, and Bid teams to deliver robust business cases.

Benchmark competitor pricing, margin performance, and recommend strategic adjustments.

Support investment decisions through data-driven modelling and commercial feasibility assessments.

Drive commercial insights that strengthen strategic partnerships and product positioning.

Oversee large bids and RFPs, including profitability modelling, contractual pricing, and regulatory alignment.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related field (Honours/MBA preferred).

8–10+ years’ experience in pricing, commercial strategy, or financial planning, with 5+ years at the leadership level.

Strong background in telecommunications, ICT, or infrastructure industries.

Advanced skills in financial modelling, pricing analytics, and commercial governance.

Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and executive stakeholders.

Familiarity with ICT regulatory frameworks, tender processes, and enterprise cost modelling.

Exceptional Excel, modelling, and presentation skills; experience with tools like SAP, Power BI, or Tableau advantageous.
