Executive Finance Manager

SUMMARY:
A global organisation in the FMCG sector is in the market for an Executive Finance Manager. The incumbent will be responsible for developing and improving the financial well-being of the company. The Executive FM will be accountable for financial planning, reporting, compliance, operations, and risk management.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

• BCom or CA(SA)
• 5-7 years’ relevant experience in a related role within the manufacturing environment
• FMCG experience
• Strong business acumen
• Demonstrated understanding of Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental legislation relevant to the food or beverage environment
• Demonstrated knowledge and insight into the Income Tax Act
• Demonstrated understanding of statutory legislation and requirements relating to Payroll Administration
• Demonstrate ability to use and interpret rules that apply to statutory requirements i.e.: SDL, PAYE, UIF 
• Demonstrated understanding of the New Credit Act
• Demonstrated understanding of the Labour Relations Act & the Basic Conditions of Employment Act
