SUMMARY:
A global organisation in the FMCG sector is in the market for an Executive Finance Manager. The incumbent will be responsible for developing and improving the financial well-being of the company. The Executive FM will be accountable for financial planning, reporting, compliance, operations, and risk management.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

BCom or CA(SA)
5-7 years’ relevant experience in a related role within the manufacturing environment
FMCG experience
Strong business acumen
Demonstrated understanding of Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental legislation relevant to the food or beverage environment
Demonstrated knowledge and insight into the Income Tax Act
Demonstrated understanding of statutory legislation and requirements relating to Payroll Administration
Demonstrate ability to use and interpret rules that apply to statutory requirements i.e.: SDL, PAYE, UIF
Demonstrated understanding of the New Credit Act
Demonstrated understanding of the Labour Relations Act & the Basic Conditions of Employment Act
