SUMMARY:
MSc / MEng Engineering manufacturing related engineering qualification (mechanical, industrial, electronics, mechatronics) MBA an asset. At least 8 years experience in a senior manager role involving manufacturing research, development innovation and commercialisation

POSITION INFO:

Background in Mining, Manufacturing, Defence, Security. Track record of strategy development and implemetnation in manufacturing. Demonstrated application of a systems approach in manufacturing. Experience in modernisation, digitisation of factories and maunfacturing processes. Manufacturing industry experience. Drive the startegy development and inplementation of the division.
