SUMMARY:
Looking for an Export AREA Sales manager for the exports market to fulfill a new position in the business that has the potential for significant growth.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements

Export sales management experience.
Must have a technical sales background as you will approach end users within water/electricity companies, project developers, consulting engineers, international EPC contractors and distributors.
Markets will i.e. be Mozambique, Angola, Kenya, Namibia, Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda etc.
Track record in winning new Business - Projects and Distribution.

Duties

Grow sales to assist in achieving company objectives of 15% year-on-year growth, across the volume, price and product mix.
Build on the core business areas of project sales and distributor business within municipal water and dams/hydropower, secure new partners and agreements and develop new markets.
The key metrics of your role will be revenue and margin growth, project business, product approval and specification with end users and design consultants, conversion rates on quotes/orders and customer service and relationship management.
You will be part of an enthusiastic sales team, supporting them to perform and increase profitability and implement sales and training strategies to ensure targets are met.
Key Account Management captures all aspects of the business relationship. As such the position requires an overall management and awareness of Profitability, Turnover, Product Mix, Project Management, Payment, Pricing, CRM and KPI’s.
