JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are sourcing for a detailed driven person who has done Export Sales Administration. This vacancy is open to all South Africans who speak, read and write English fluently. A second and third language would be advantageous.

Minimum Requirement :

Matric
N6
National Diploma

Experience that will be needed :

Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook for a minimum of 3 years
High typing skills
High system knowledge re SAP or ERP or Similar
Must have worked in shipping or logistics for a minimum of 3 years
High telephone skills and customer service
High problem solving skills
High solutions orientated personality
High spreadsheet and reporting skills
Your ability to coordinate dispatch and the logistics team is imperative ( must have 3 to 5 years experience in this field )
You must handle debtor statements and payment collections
MUST have export sales experience
MUST have logistics and dispatch coordination experience
