POSITION INFO:
A well-established and respected precast concrete manufacturer is seeking a high-caliber External Sales Representative to grow its footprint in the civil and infrastructure market. This role is suited to a driven, technically competent sales professional who thrives on relationships, results, and large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage strong relationships with civil engineers, contractors, municipalities, and developers
Identify and secure new business opportunities in the civil and infrastructure sector
Promote and sell a range of precast concrete products, including pipes, manholes, culverts, and custom solutions
Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions
Negotiate pricing and close deals while protecting margins
Track project pipelines, market activity, and competitor movements

Job Experience & Skills Required:

5+ years external sales experience within precast concrete, civil construction materials, or infrastructure products
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong industry network (highly advantageous)
Ability to understand drawings, specifications, and project requirements
Professional, self-motivated, and results-driven
