Our client is looking for a skilled E-Commerce Specialist to take the lead on all things online retail. You’ll manage the full e-commerce ecosystem, from strategy to execution, and play a key role in driving growth, improving customer experience, and optimising every step of the digital sales funnel.

What you’ll do:
- Own and drive the e-commerce strategy to boost online sales and customer engagement
- Manage the daily operations of the online store from product listings and pricing to promotions and updates
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and logistics to ensure a seamless online shopping experience
- Track and analyse performance data (traffic, conversion rates, customer trends, etc.) to make smart, data-driven decisions
- Execute digital marketing tactics including SEO, SEM, email, and paid campaigns to drive quality traffic
- Optimise the site’s user experience, mobile responsiveness, and conversion journey
- Handle third-party integrations (payment gateways, courier services, platform vendors)
- Run A/B testing and implement conversion rate optimisation (CRO) strategies
- Stay ahead of e-commerce trends, tools, and customer expectations
- Lead seasonal and promotional campaigns from planning to reporting
- Troubleshoot and resolve e-commerce platform issues quickly and efficiently
- Manage and regularly update product details, images, and pricing across the store
- Collaborate with fulfilment teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, IT, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as an e-commerce manager or in a similar e-commerce or digital marketing role.
- Strong understanding of online sales platforms (WooCommerce) and digital marketing strategies.
- Expertise in digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
- Proficient in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and e-commerce tracking tools.
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles and how they impact online sales.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving industry.
- Solid communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with e-commerce trends such as personalisation, chatbots, or AI-driven shopping experiences.
