POSITION INFO:
Duties:

Keeping us on track by monitoring compliance with FAIS, POPIA, and the FICA Act.
Assisting in the design, roll-out, and refinement of our compliance policies and procedures.
Performing regular audits and assessments to ensure that we’re always a step ahead.
Maintaining clear, organized, and accurate compliance documentation.
Preparing detailed reports for regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders.
Educating and supporting staff with practical, up-to-date compliance guidance.
Staying informed on legislative updates and advising the business accordingly.

Qualifications and Experience:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (Law) or Auditing.
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a compliance role, ideally within financial services.
Solid understanding of FAIS, POPIA, and the FICA Act.
Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal.
A team player who can also thrive when working independently.
