SUMMARY:
Our client in the automotive sector is currently seeking a Fleet Maintenance Contract Administrator

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12) or higher qualification
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
Valid Code 8 driver’s licence

Key Responsibilities, but not limited to:

Analyse truck applications, operating conditions, and duty cycles to prepare accurate Fleet Maintenance Contract (FMC) quotations.
Calculate and propose tailored cost-per-kilometer (CPK) rates based on contract duration, mileage, and application.
Draft and manage FMC contracts, ensuring agreed service scope, CPK, duration, and terms are accurately captured and filed.
