FMCG Sales Representative – Montague Gardens – R12,000 – R15,000 Negotiable plus Commission, Laptop, Fuel Allowance and Cell Phone Allowance

We are a leading supplier and distributor of condiments, sauces, marinades, spices and packaging to the food industry in South Africa. My client would like to appoint Sales Representatives in Cape Town to promote the company''''s products to existing clients in the restaurant, hospitality and retail industries as well as to find new clients to expand the company''''s sales to the maximum. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years'''' experience in sales and new business development in the FMCG industry.

Key responsibilities:

Calling for new business (Cold calling)
Following up on inquiries
Providing price quotes
Purchase order confirmations
Processing sales orders
Manage assigned accounts
General sales support
Manage, develop and maintain a positive internal and external team environment and provide sales target feedback weekly & monthly and provide the tools/training for the team to achieve the company’s objectives.

Qualifications and Experience:

Matric

Tertiary education will be advantageous
General computer literate at least intermediate level (Windows, MS Word and excel)
Good knowledge of condiments, sauces, marinades and spice products will be advantageous
Own reliable transport essential

At least 2 to 3 years'''' sales experience in a FMCG environment
