SUMMARY:
Well established manufacturing concern requires a Training
Co-ordinator located in Pinetown to carry out a 3 month Fixed Term Contract.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Previous experience within FMCG
An Excel fundi
Matric
Relevant Certificate or DiplomaÂ
Experience in a training co-ordination role is essential

Duties include:

Co-ordination of skills development programmesÂ
Assist mangers in identifying shortfalls by using a skills matrix
Skills and training needs analysis
Produce and update reports and statistics
Manage and co-ordinate end to end training sessions
Ensure relevant legislation is adhered to
Ensure Health and Safety standards are met
Assist with WSP/ATR submission/discretionary grant applications.
Carry out all administrative duties accordingly
