JOB SUMMARY:
Manage and coordinate the process of FTTH orders received from clients within the SLA time frame daily to ensure that all the installs are completed smoothly in the shortest amount of time to eliminate data loss or service down time for the customer. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal departments to achieve client goals and targets. Weekly/Monthly reporting, and training clients on processes. Ensure deadlines are met in all aspects of your day to day responsibilities. A high degree of accuracy and organizational skills are required.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Objectives

To manage all processes of all the Products and Services and the Commissioning of these Products.
To provide feedback to end Clients, from the start to the end of the Project, including weekly feedback
To provide feedback to the Team Leader / Service Delivery Manager, from the start to the end of the project, including weekly feedback
To work closely with Team Leader / Service Delivery Manager, Contractors and Clients ensuring continuation of the Project
To manage the ordering processes for all the equipment required to complete an installation.
Ensuring orders is updated and corrected in the workflow step, by ensuring all details is edited and corrected before submitting/ accepting orders – Training Manual in place to refer on process
Checking for duplications of orders and update and edit these orders accordingly.
Process needs to be followed and where and when requested, new changes and process to be implemented and followed as per request by Service Delivery Manager.
Validation of Orders meeting monthly/ weekly targets set out by the Service Delivery Manager

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12
Qualification in I.T
2years experience
