Facilitator / Training Consultant

We are looking for an energetic well groomed Training Consultant (Facilitator) to join a dynamic team of facilitators at a Training company in Sandton.

Requirements:

• Matric / Grade 12
• Business or Psychology degree (Preferable) 
• 6+ years relevant sales training experience
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and Written) and Preferable Afrikaans
• Own transport and valid drivers license 
• Intelligent
• Must understand Sales Management
• Ideally must have own sales track record
• Must have facilitator disposition
• MS Office 
• IT/ Computer literate (software oriented)
• Facilitation experience
• Must be able to work independently
• Must have a sense of urgency
• Willing to travel and work long hours when necessary 
• Ability to train on all levels from entry level to Executive level

Duties:

• Facilitate training programs and modules (in-house) or externally
• Will facilitate tough situations
• Run workshops
• Consult on sales
