JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an energetic well groomed Training Consultant (Facilitator) to join a dynamic team of facilitators at a Training company in Sandton.

Requirements:

Matric / Grade 12
Business or Psychology degree (Preferable)
6+ years relevant sales training experience
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and Written) and Preferable Afrikaans
Own transport and valid drivers license
Intelligent
Must understand Sales Management
Ideally must have own sales track record
Must have facilitator disposition
MS Office
IT/ Computer literate (software oriented)
Facilitation experience
Must be able to work independently
Must have a sense of urgency
Willing to travel and work long hours when necessary
Ability to train on all levels from entry level to Executive level

Duties:

Facilitate training programs and modules (in-house) or externally
Will facilitate tough situations
Run workshops
Consult on sales
