JOB SUMMARY:
Company based in Sandton is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join their team

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

Grade 12 essential
Diploma would be beneficial
3 years' experience in a similar role
Oversee and arrange all repairs, maintenance and services of company vehicles
Monthly and quarterly reporting as required
Managing insurance and insurance claims when required
Inspect pool cars weekly to ensure they are kept in good order
Keep register for pool car usage up to date and submit monthly to Finance
Keep Fleet movement spreadsheet up to date at all times
Responsible for Electric fencing and gates including garden/s where relevant including irrigation system/s
Responsible for carports / shade net maintenance
Ensure office tools such as binder/s shredders and laminating machine is in good working condition
Annual service of fire extinguishers
Responsible for maintenance and repairs of generators
Coordinating ad-hoc repairs as and when reported and approved
Maintaining the facilities tracker at all times
