SUMMARY:
Responsible for the strategic planning, management and maintenance of all company facilities

POSITION INFO:

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
5 years of progressive experience in facilities management experience in engineering maintenance/project experience in a factory setting
Strong knowledge of regulations and industry best practices
Proficiency in facility management software
Excellent project management, budgeting and negotiation skills
Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Maintenance and Repair
Project Management (Capital and Operational)
Financial Management
Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE)
Technology Integration
Stakeholder Communication
Sustainability Initiatives
