SUMMARY:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and service delivery across a residential and commercial property portfolio. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage both service providers and internal teams effectively.

POSITION INFO:
Key Requirements:

Proven experience in facilities or property management
Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities
Solid technical knowledge of building systems and compliance standards
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet operational deadlines
Proficient in MS Office and facilities management software
Comfortable being on call and working extended hours when required
