JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client , a wine estate outside Paarl, is in need of a Facilities Manager. The relevant candidate will assist looking after about 50 houses on the farm

Duties:

Evaluate state of housing on a regular bases

Do inspection on how houses are looked after

Facilitate maintenance with the maintenance team

Assist with odd jobs

Draw up reports and contracts

Have own drivers license and transport
